Technical Features
The 15.6-inch Full HD display with a brightness of 500 cd/m² and wide viewing angles ensures clear and stable image quality. The integrated PCAP touchscreen supports up to ten touch points and features a durable, easy-to-clean glass surface, making it well suited for clinical environments.
A key feature of the monitor is its automatic function check with visual indication. An integrated LED at the top of the monitor clearly signals the status of connected devices or the system itself. Green indicates proper operation, while red signals a fault. This visual feedback enhances operational safety and enables quick assessment of the system status in medical settings.
Data, video signals, and power are transmitted via a single cable, reducing installation effort and avoiding cable clutter. The concept is complemented by a flexibly configurable connectivity box that ensures secure, standards-compliant data transmission and meets current cybersecurity requirements.
Additional features such as a light sensor and proximity sensor for automatic adaptation to environmental conditions, an integrated camera for telemedicine applications, and an NFC reader for fast user authentication further expand the range of applications.
Customized Solutions
The MED-Line 15.6" is available as a ready-to-use monitor and also serves as a reference design that can be comprehensively adapted to customer-specific requirements. Apart from the fixed 15.6-inch display size, features and interfaces can be individually configured.
This makes the MED-Line a flexible platform that acts as the interface between human and machine and is suitable for both series production and specialized medical technology applications.
Powerful System Performance
At embedded world, the MED-Line 15.6" is powered by the high-performance conga-HPC/mRLP Computer-on-Module. The compact COM-HPC Mini module, measuring just 95 x 70 mm, is based on 13th Gen Intel Core Raptor Lake-P processors and combines high computing power with energy-efficient, thermally optimized design. Thanks to soldered DDR5 memory, the system offers enhanced robustness and reliability. In combination with the corresponding COM-HPC Mini carrier board, this results in a platform delivering maximum performance in a minimal footprint, extending the monitor into a future-ready and powerful system. Other control solutions tailored precisely to your project requirements are, of course, also possible.
