FORTEC Elektronik AG in Germering near Munich is the parent company and serves four core markets: medical technology, measurement and control technology, mechanical engineering and transport. The product range mainly includes industrial single-board computers, display systems and adjustments and all kinds of power supplies.
FORTEC Electronic Design and Solution Egypt SMLC, located near Cairo, was established as a development site for FORTEC Integrated and is responsible for facilitating hardware/software R&D services worldwide, local market access in MENA (marketing and sales) and translation and digital content creation support worldwide.
FORTEC Power GmbH in Riedstadt (formerly EMTRON electronic GmbH) has been a specialist in power supplies and DC/DC converters since 1981. Customers benefit from technical advice of the highest standard – including on-site support – and excellent value for money. The Sachsenheim branch (formerly AUTRONIC Steuer- und Regeltechnik GmbH) develops and manufactures highly reliable DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC converters up to 2.5 kW for demanding applications. The products impress with their compact design, high efficiency, protective functions, and integrated EMC filtering. FORTEC Power stands for bundled expertise in industrial power supply.
FORTEC Integrated GmbH (formerly Distec GmbH) in Germering specializes in display technology, touch integration, embedded systems, and customized complete solutions. Customers benefit from a high level of development expertise, short project times, and comprehensive support—all from a single source. Highlights include optical bonding in clean rooms, flexible designs, and customized system integration. The branch in Hörselberg-Hainich manufactures robust industrial monitors for a wide range of applications, from machine control to digital signage: tailor-made high-tech solutions – Made in Germany.
FORTEC Technology UK Ltd.(formerly Display Technology Ltd.) was founded in 2001 and has since been supplying the UK market with high quality TFT display solutions for industrial and digital signage applications. Tailored to the needs of the customer, they offers a wide range of products and services, from the individual component to complete kit solutions with touch screen and TFT controller.
FORTEC United-States is the specialist for TFT displays and optical bonding for the US and Canada. From standard products to the completely customer-specific solution for industry, medicine or military, FORTEC United-States supplies the optimum product for every application.
Since 1979, FORTEC Switzerland AG (formerly ALTRAC AG) has been a well-known manufacturer of power supplies and displays for machine industry, telecommunications, military, medical, measurement and control technology, railway, avionics and space in Switzerland.
FORTEC Czech Republic s.r.o.(formerly Alltronic s.r.o.) in Dýšina near Pilsen manufactures winding goods, electronic assemblies, DC / DC converters and also assembles displays with touch screens. In 2023, a VacuBond optical bonding manufacturing process was installed.
Nottrot B.V. in the Netherlands is the newest company in the FORTEC Group and has been producing high-quality monitors for demanding sectors such as shipping and industry since 1999. Thanks to its expertise in technologies such as optical bonding, high-bright LED, external dimming controls, touchscreen options, and DNV certification, the monitors can be used even in extreme outdoor conditions - reliable and durable.
